"Buy It Back" Guarantee

Okay, so it's a pain when you buy a part from somewhere only to have the company you bought the part from have no guarantee.


Then what happens??  You're stuck right??  Not with's "Buy It Back Guarantee"!


Here's how it works, in plain un-complicated english:


If you buy a part from us, and it is defective, or doesn't work the way it's supposed to after being properly installed into your vehicle, we'll buy it back from ya!


In order to ensure that our guarantee extends to the widest range of folks possible, to take advantage of this guarantee you must return the part back to us (we recommend you use a carrier like UPS or FedEx so that it can be tracked) within 7 days of delivery, in its original condition, with its original packaging after obtaining an RMA number from our customer service team.


If you purchase the wrong part, and return it under this guarantee, you will receive an "in-store" credit that you can use to purchase the correct part for your vehicle, because we definitely want to make sure that you get the right part!


On the other hand, if you change your mind and simply don't want the part we'll buy it back from ya (a 25% restocking fee will be applied, so that we can get 'er ready for another customer to purchase)!

We also reserve the right to refuse certain returns under our "Buy It Back" Guarantee if we think it's necessary.


Everything else aside, we will buy the part back from you at the SAME price you paid for it on our site without any problem.
